Hauling between the Prairie Farm & Oshkosh office has a charge (typically starts at $100) & should be discussed with our office before bidding on the item. Picking up items outside the scheduled pick up time is often not available & if it is, will incur additional charges.
All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Barron County Wisconsin.
If purchases are not settled by the end of the scheduled pick up, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Hansen & Young, Inc auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Hansen & Young, Inc.

If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the item closing, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes.
