Monday, January 10, 2011, Prairie Farm, Wisc. – 9 members of the Hansen & Young Auctioneers, Inc. team attended the 2011 Minnesota Auctioneers Association Convention in St. Cloud, MN this past weekend. It was an eventful convention learning new things in the technology summit and other various workshops as well as networking with various auctioneers from across the state of Minnesota. New attendee, Tricia Kwak states, “I found the session and trade show/info booths very informative. It was nice to meet other auction companies as we seldom associate out of our company.”

Announcing too, Bryce Hansen, an owner of Hansen & Young Auctioneers, Inc. of Prairie Farm, WI, has been elected to the MSAA Board of Directors for the 2011-2013 term. The company also participated in the marketing contest taking home first place in the following three categories, Real Estate & Personal Property (multi-sided), Promotional/Auction Specialty and Auction Specialty Ideas as well as a second place in the Auction Clothing category.
