OFFERED ON ONLINE ONLY AUCTION:  This is an opportunity to purchase as much or
as little excellent quality kiln dried and planed hardwood lumber on our online
only auction!!! Large buyers may put together as many semi loads as you want
and smaller buyers can purchase a small quantity for your own personal use.
This lumber consists of various species of lumber red oak, white oak, soft
maple, white birch, yellow birch, cherry, elm, walnut, butternut, hickory,
aspen, ash, box elder, spalted wood, and tree stump ends. There is also some
hardwood flooring as part of the offering. Also available quarter sawed white
& red oak. Don’t miss this one!! Get the lumber you need 2-3 years in
advance!

BIDDING
INFO: Bids can be placed at the lumber yard during the open
house as well as on the auction day from 8:00AM through the close of the
auction on Tuesday, April 24 for those that do not have computer access.

TERMS: 10%
buyer’s fee will be added to all purchases. 3.5% convenience fee unless using
cash or a certified check. Credit cards are accepted. 5.5% sales tax where
applicable.
