Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Hansen and Young Auctioneers Inc.
All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Barron County Wisconsin.
If purchases are not settled within 3 business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Hansen & Young Auctioneers auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Hansen and Young.
Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of Hansen and Young. No refunds will be given.
Any items remaining on sale site after pickup are subject to forfeit with no refund.
Any items Hansen and Young hauls from sale site are subject to a $20.00+ per item hauling fee.
Anyone who does not pick up items at the specified pick up time, is subject to a $20 convenience fee
Hansen and Young reserve the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
Hansen and Young reserve the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason.
There will be a 10% buyer’s fee added to final bid price. 3.5% buyer’s fee unless paid with cash or check.
Bidding info-
When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.
This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes.
Hansen and Young have put forth every effort to make accurate description of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold As Is Where IS. You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection periods.
No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted.
All sales are final, a bid is a legal binding contract between you and Hansen and Young Auctioneers.
Hansen and Young reserve the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
All accounts must be settled for at the end of the auction. Payment must be made with cash, a cashier’s check or money order or wired money only. No personal checks please. Final purchase price will include sales tax, buyer’s fee and purchase price. If payment is not received within 3 days accounts due will be charged to your credit card with a 3.5% fee.

Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account.
When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges.
Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on auction items.
We gather aggregate information from this web site which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence.
Purchases are sold' AS IS' without guarantee or warranty, either
expressed or implied, as to its condition, or the condition of any
part thereof, including its quality, suitability for purpose, the year
of manufacture, its size or the particular model it may be, unless
such exceptions are specifically, mentioned, in writing, on the face
of the agreement, or in a separate instrument furnished to the buyer
by the seller at the date of purchase. The buyer and/or its agent
represents that he has examined the goods which are the subject of
this agreement fully as he desires prior to entering into this
agreement and said buyer understands that said goods are sold '
AS IS ' and that there are NO WARRANTIES which extend
beyond the descriptions on the face of this agreement. The buyer
completely understands that the seller gives no warranty,
expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for purpose
sold, description, quality or any manner at all . Said buyer
understands that implied warranties are excluded by the use of the
following language: SOLD ' AS IS' AND ' WITH ALL
FAULTS'.
Buyer agrees to indemnify the auctioneer and the seller of the used
units from any and all damages which may occur, whether a result
of the Auctioneer And/or the Seller's Negligence or not, from the
sale or use of the said used units by the Buyer or any third party.
